This is the first time I heard about not fixing the fogs right away. You must be the new breed .of ‘ veterinarian to talk about it. In my day all veterans were willing to fix the dogs right away. My dog had a nexgard chew 12 days ago.. he was healthy, ate lots very active.. last 12 days he doesn't move lost 10 lbs had severe diarrhea wont eat barely drinks water vet gave him anti nausea pills and did a battery of blood work. Said he probably had a reaction to nexgard and his pancreas and nerbous system isn't doing well now.. how do i get my dog to eat.. he just lies there all day.. looks messed up.

He was very active healthy ate well.i gave him1 nexgard 12 days ago, dog went downhill.he barely drinks water won't move ate one cooked chicken breast yesterday and maybe 1 two days before. He already had severe diarrhea and barely moves. The vet blood tests showed impaired pancreas and doc figures the neurological is from the nexgard. He gave my dog anti nausea pills. Said hopefully this will all correct itself. How do I get my dog to eat?? I'm worried sick for him.

Its so sad seeing a dog suffer or die from parvo...no question my dog will have the vax. same way with the rabies vax...if your dog bites a person you need to have the vax records. having a dog from a breader is so o bad....muts are the best

It would have been nice to get to the point rather than endless stalling to fill the time span. I already know that over vaccinating pets does the same thing it goes in humans, it causes cancer.

My dogs have been on mutiple different foods since puppies and have never needed a food transition, aside from enjoying the new taste. I think the problem is we keep our pets on one diet and never let them try new things. It's important to always give them different foods just like us humans. They aren't meant to eat just one type of food.

I have been a Billinghurst Barf disciple for twenty odd years. I breed bull mastiffs, have fit, happy, well muscled and healthy dogs, bitches always have big litters. It's just so right. More recently l had a colleague's male come in to cover my bitch. He arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and went home on Tuesday afternoon. He was at first startled at the contents of his food dish, then he relished it. My colleague told me on Wednesday morning. when she put down his Tuesday night kibbles, he looked at the dish, looked at his owner, and the message was clear,... "what's this sh$t, can l go back to my girlfriends place" The dogs know what they want. For anyone considering this feeding, have no fear, it is the most merciful way to care for our pets. Thank you for awesome information.

The dose for small dogs should be at the weight they are! That’s what makes me mad , we go for weight on other medications so why not these ?

I have not seen any reactive dog that is this calm. I have to ask the question is she just nervous and will do a jump scare bark. Every reactive dog i have ever seen will loose there minds in the face of a stimulus. I would love to know what she was like in the begging and the intensity of it. Also Fin use to have more intense reactions then this how is he progressed and what do you do to help him when met with a stimulus.

Thereason why most diseases are hardly seen in the USA is because MOST ANIMALS ARE VACCINATED. I'm allergic to the Whooping cough vaccine but other kids aren't & they're just fine. With everything out there, they're are certain sensitive depending on every person. Doesn't mean you stop protecting your loved ones. Spread vaccines out, or keep your pet in a hermatically sealed bubble. I don't get the vaccine fear mongering. Most pets go to groomers, boarding facilities, dog park(I don't recommend because irresponsible dog owners bring aggressive dogs loose in the park, fights happen), to festivals (pet festivals), stores..ect.

Completely blew my mind! My pets are my children my family and having too😔 has been a no choice! I couldn’t understand why vets, owners, public health in General treated ! They are no different than a child so why are they treated like ‘ANIMALS’! I find vets today are about money , I find a few that want to be there for the pet but company policies dictate! I cannot get my dog to eat eggs in any way shape or form I make them. I’ve cut his kibble down and supplement with sardines, salmon, liver, veggies, MCT, etc., and it kills me he won’t eat eggs.

Plus, I have been following both Zak and Dog Daddy for years. Zak George could have never done what Dog Daddy does. This extreme hate has to stop. There is no evidence of any abuse, meanwhile there are “trainers” that actually torture dogs, and here are people discussing a trainer that helps problem dogs get out of misery.

Wow such a great video on teaching!!! Wish I heard this when my dogs were young. I was just at vet with my 12 yr old 8 pound dog and they offered me to repeat ALL of these you mentioned! I said no not today thank you. My dog has been on vetmedin for 1 yr. Now they are adding 2 more meds saying her heart murmur is worse. 373$ for visit and chest X-rays.

I had a dog fixed at around 8 mos old. When she became 10 years old she began having really really bad incontinence. So my current dog, I wasn't going to spay her but the vet told me about the cancer and that it could be fatal. So now I am concerned. There are no plans for puppies.
